helloo my fantabulous friendsz! hahahaa...
first of all i wanna tell you that

today woke up at 8am and then went running at 8.30am (: haha and yes i didn't oversleep i actually woke up to run ! WOOTS! soo yeahh went running and well have been losing weight this few days and its like AWESOME! haha ok lets just hope tmrw i'll be able to pass 2.4 yeah (: thanks for all the encouragements ppl (: haha ok now i'm like rotting at home cause today also got mc and im ok (: hahaa feeling better already and guess what i regain my energy and not feel tired alreadies mans...! (: happyhappy!

a prayer i need to pray !

Dear God,
i pray that you will put your healing hands unto
melissa chow and my daddy that they will be okay. pray that mel's fever will
subside and that she will be feeling better and will be able to get back to
school as soon as possible. pray that you will just heal her with your healing
hands lord. and lord i pray that you will also put your healing hands on my
father as he goes through a heart scan at 2pm [which is now] today that he will
not have any medical issues lord. and pray that he will come home safely and
without any medical problems. pray that you will put your healing hands on them
and that they will get well and will not fall ill lord. i thank you
lord.
